Give more or certain powers to private security practices.

Created by J.G. on December 24, 2012

This act will give private security officers more ability to act upon certain laws.

Give the officers more in depth training such as tactical and knowledge of laws.

Allow private security to be able to arrest within certain areas or give them the ability to detain upon the laws written until an over watch police officer arrives on scene.

One such way is to write tickets. Instead of having police officers waste time with small crime, give them the ability to work on larger issues.

This will also help the security officers at school with tactical knowledge and laws in case an active shooter is present.

This will do 2 things: 1) relieve stress for police officers who are over worked as well as help in less lawsuits of LEO.
2) train security for active shooter response
