Give more part-time job opportunities for U.S. Citizens who are studying in University!

I am a U.S. Citizen who moved from China about seven years ago. My major is Interdisciplinary Studies in Education, because of my major, I have not take certification test, I could not find any other part-time job, whether it is related to my major or not, I still couldn't find any, I tried so hard to find part-time job, but almost all the result is restaurant which is not for my resume as work experience, I feel like to give up, but I could not, because I am in a single parent family, and my mother only making $25000 per year, she has to take care of me, even though I'm at age 24, I feel so sorry for my-self and my family. Could you please create more job opportunities for us, thank you very much, Mr. President!
