Give more rights to children in schools who cannot justify their actions without being penalized.

Students in grades k-12 who stand up for the benefit of themselves or others, or defend themselves are punished a lot of times for their actions even when they mean and cause no harm. They are never given a chance to justify their actions and it is very frustrating when you are silenced and told what you are doing wrong. As citizens of this country even as children and young adults we should have the liberty to explain our behavior. Please note I am a 14 year old boy in north carolina
