My son's father lives in the USA and is a US citizen. I am a US citizen. My son is a US citizen. We live in Costa Rica for my doctoral studies. My son was born here. My son's father will not sign for a US passport, and this keeps my son unable to go to the USA. We can go anywhere else. It is a loophole in a policy that doesn't want children kidnapped. In this instance, my husband is keeping his child away and is not sending child support; a use of the law to control and neglect. My husband refuses to come here to visit my son because he would need to pay child support. I can go to the USA, but I would never leave my son. Please help me to be able to go to the USA with my son. Please help me to petition the US government to give rights to a US citizen to be in the USA. Thank you!
