Give NASA funding to construct the first Research/ Maximum Security Space Prison.

Space is the next great frontier for mankind. This is why it's imperative that we begin new research into space living/exploration. To accomplish this a new space research station must be constructed to complete new studies that the international space station cannot complete. The recent cut backs to NASA funding will make this project difficult to fund. As such this station will also function as a maximum security prison for the most dangerous of criminals. Any state or foreign country will be allowed to pay to hold their criminals in this space prison. Prisoners will be treated by the same rules as any U.S. prison but may volunteer to participate in research projects. Please sign this petition to help secure mankind's long term existence.
