Give the NCPs that make a genuine effort to take care of their kids a chance. Like no DL suspensions, jail, etc.

I am trying to start a petition for all NCPs that are currently on child support and are making a genuine effort to be upstanding, responsible parents, but because of the child support enforcement, cannot stand up to our responsibilities because our drivers licenses have been taken, our income has been garnished, and we have been thrown in jail like common criminals. They offer a fatherhood program that does nothing. I get my kids EVERY summer, spring, Christmas, whenever they need me, and yet I STILL get punished. I have had to pass up GREAT opportunities for employment due to me not having my drivers license. So how do they expect for me to pay when I have been stripped of all my tools to do so? What are we to do when our backs are against the walls? If you feel the same please sign.
