Give New Jobs to people who have lost their jobs in the last 20 years or so.

My mother relies on money making websites to get money right now because she left her job in the late 90s when I was born. It's even harder for this family to make money to stay alive, even though my father is working with his own company. If we help the people who have lost their jobs in the past get new ones, then people like my mother will actually be happy. That's what America truly needs!
