Give the opportunity to people with a ten year old visa petition to adjust their status even if petitioner has died.

We the people, ask the government of president Obama, to give the opportunity to all of those people who have been waiting ten or more years on a petition case for a visa (adjustment of status).Let them be able to keep the case going, even if petitioner dies. When this people have been waiting so many years and the petitioner dies the case stops, please give them the opportunity to keep going with the case or to let some one else pick up the case ( another petitioner)in eligible cases. Instead of making another petition and start all over with a whole new process.
