Give parents equal rights to their kids, every child needs both parents.

A father should not have to go through court to get rights to his child. It is his child just was well as the mother. fathers could be just as nurturing as the mother in a lot of ways, financial, mental, and physical supporting the child. america is falling apart because to many children are being raised by default by the mother. I believe, more often than not, the mother is not the better parent. Perhaps there are too many fathers who just do not want custody. But usually, when they do, it is because they know their child is better off with them than with mom, and it can be hard to prove. children are raised by belief and if you have a child that believe that it is better to raise a child with one parent then eventually no one would have their full identity.
