The rate of teen pregnacy is over whelming. Parents and teachers cant continue to take the blame for teens having sex.
One solution that has not been implemented is the 'chasity belt'. It doesnt just prevent teens from having unprotected sex, but it also prevents rapist and pedofiles from harming children in that manner.
