Many Foreign Investors come to the US to open small or medium businesses, they create jobs, and pay more taxes than many americans do. While the immigration reform plans to legalize millions of undocumented illegal aliens, these Foreign Investors, that do comply with the laws to come to this country, and create positive benefits for the US economy and society, are not given any option for obtaining a permanent residence status, I think that these people that comes to the US to create jobs, pay taxes, and inject money to our economy, should be given a much better opportunity to get a green card, than people that came to this country in an unlawful way, and many of them do not, or did never made any contribution to the american economy and society.
