Give the people an account of why DHS is arming itself with 1.2 billion rounds of ammunition and possibly banned weapons

The DHS is arming itself with billions of rounds of hollow-point ammunition(which our military cannot use), and have ordered 7000 AR-15's. In 2008, candidate Obama campaigned for a "Civilian National Security Force". We have not heard this phrase since. DHS is supposed to protect boarders, They don't. DHS is supposed to protect against terrorism, They don't. There are over 30 known Jihad training camps throughout the US. Why are these allowed to exist?Why are UN personnel carriers and UN armored SUV's being of-loaded at our ports, loaded with weapons and ammunition, then hidden in obscure buildings along both coastlines, mainly the East coast? We the People demand answers to these questions. To end this, I remind you of Valerie Jarrett's quote:"We will destroy anyone who opposes us"
