I think people need a second chance. There are millions of non-violent felons without jobs or with very low paying jobs. Felonies that are non-violent and over 10 years old should be sealed. Not totally off there record because they still should not have guns. However most of these people are able to do task such as working with computers. I think if these people had a second chance they could get better jobs,off welfare,off tax payers money, and pay taxes there of there own. Some of these people did there crimes 20 years ago and its not right to pay for it for the rest of there life.
