This petition allows the represented people to determine if they have been represented properly, and compensate accordingly. Like evaluations in the military and the public/private sector, this will be the true determination of how representatives are performing. They work for the people, and the people should be able to decide if they have done their job, not them.
The U.S. Constitution clearly states that Congress will be paid, but does not state how much they will be compensated.
Also, vacations should not be allowed if there is unfinished business. That is irresponsible and unprofessional.
