The major US banks have stolen from the people of the US and the world through commodity manipulation. Their leaders need to be punished as previous fines have not changed their behavior.
Throw the Chairmen, the Board of Directors, and the Presidents of the major banks involved in commodity price manipulations in jail next to Bernie Madoff.
Any high level managers participating in this criminal behavior should be fined and banned from any banking connections for the rest of their lives.
All these banks should be nationalized, broken up and sold, and the proceeds given to pay down the federal debt. The shareholders should get nothing as they participated and elected leaders in these organizations.
