Give the people more than welfare and food stamps, also to let people take care of themselves.

This petition is to ask the Federal Government to stop handing out welfare and food stamps and to give each of the American People a check for a Million dollars and to stop spending the Billions on such programs. This move will cut down on the government dependence and give the masses a feeling of self worth. From all the numbers I have herd of from $700 Billion to over $1 trillion dollars, this would cost about $325 Million dollars.
