Currently under review by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals are cases relating to unfair termination of employment of Civilian Federal Employees due to some credit issue. This has affected around 90 people previously employed by Defense Finance and Accounting Service DFAS. On August 17, 2012 the Federal Circuit ruled in favor of DFAS and not allowing the Merit Standards Protection Board MSPB to review these cases based on merit. I feel that this is unconstitutional and wrong. I've been fighting for over 2 years and I'm sure the same goes for the other people affected. I've emailed the white house for help to no avail. I'm asking Obama to reverse this as Congress does not agree with DFAS either and give these good people their jobs back!
