I am marrying Charles E. Isdale in December. We went completely through the Fiance' Visa process, beginning
in February and concluding with the Fiance' Visa Interview in Cd. Juarez four weeks ago.
Meanwhile, members of my family applied for Tourist Visas to attend the December 20 wedding at Astin Mansion, Bryan, Texas. Some were granted Visas; others were not.
My relatives and friends from Mexico City who did not receive Visas are:
