Wars, regime change & militant radicalism in foreign lands have left Christians vulnerable to persecution: murder, mayhem, rape, destruction of property, economic restriction, loss of civil liberties & social ostracization.
It has been said that the U.S. is no longer a Christian nation. Does that mean that we are de facto anti-Christian? We may bomb for the slaughter of 1,500 innocents. Yearly 100,000 Christians are martyred worldwide; 100,000's more are displaced. Are food & shelter not cheaper than blood and bombs? Create a de facto grateful nation...
"Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free;
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore,
Send these, the homeless,
The tempest-tossed to me
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!
