I recognition of the fact that a library is a public place to be visited by the global community, we demand that the Obama Administration cede all control over the planning, design, construction, implementation, and ongoing operations of the future Obama Presidential Library to the global community.
In order to accomplish this, an unbiased governing body such as the UN shall be tasked to create a board comprising members from no less than ten (10) different countries on no less than five (5) different continents of the world. Said board will then be tasked with forming the appropriate committees necessary to execute all future aspects of the library.
