Give the power of nominating Supreme Court justices to the senate in order to end political bias.

The constitution shall keep the broad parameters for the Judicial Nomination processes previously set in article 3 section 1.
The power of this bill, shall give the responsibility of nominating federal judges and justices for the Supreme Court to the members of the Senate. This nomination must then be approved by a 2/3rds  majority of each of the Senate’s political groups including independent if possible or all if the political group is composed of 2 or less congressmen or women.
In oder to become official Justices of the Supreme Court, nominees must then be approved by a 2/3rds majority of each of the House of Representatives political groups.
