We have been victims of too many school system tragedies. In light of recent events I petition we give the power back to the teachers. If teachers were armed and educated with firearms it would be a great deterrent of potential threats to our children.
When is the last time we have heard of a crazy person going into a police stations and shooting people. When is the last time we have heard of a shooting rampage at a hunting club. Simply put, you haven't. This is because it is common knowledge that places such as these have many firearms, and people who know how to use them.
Banning guns will not solve anything, we need to arm our teachers to deter threats and save lives.
