Give powers to the people of Puerto Rico to do a recall, and let the congress supervise the PR goverment.

Created by Q.R. on December 09, 2014

The current governor of Puerto Rico, Alejandro Gracia Padilla, promised not to elevate cost of utilities and to balance budgets without taking loans. He has done absolutely the opposite. Instead, he has imposed tax after tax on almost everything , affecting the local families. The economy of the island is so bad that the goverments wants another loan without the ability to pay for it. Every Administrations has been taking loans for over 50 plus years and i has to stop.

We ask The Obama Administration to give the power to the people of Puerto Rico to do a recall and/or bring someone appointed by the U.S congress, to supervise the government of Puerto Rico. We need to take out these irresponsible people.
