Thousands of J1 and H1 visas are issued overlooking the legal US citizens who are qualified for residency training. Most of these citizens deprived of residency training are qualified to obtain license to practice medicine in most of the US states. Residency training is mandatory and tax exempted. Train our own and employ our own in order to boost the US economy and reduce unemployment while securing our own jobs.
