This petition will allow punitive and biological fathers an option to take a DNA paternity or prenatal paternity test before signing the Voluntary Acknowledgement of Paternity and birth certificate. In legal cases around the world, fathers are fighting for the rights to their rightful children and have to undergo lengthy court hearings to prove that a child is theirs. This will lighten up the load in the judicial system and also offer possibilities for companies to supervise these tests.
