Give Regulation Power Over Presidential Debate Rules To Congress

The election laws for President of the United States are governed under the authority Article II of the US Constitution. Campaign finance rules are governed by the Federal Election Commission, an agency created by Congress under the authority of the US Constitution. However, presidential debates are governed by the Commission on Presidential Debates, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation created by the Republican and Democratic parties under no authority of the US Constitution. These debates give voters an illusion of the freedom of choice for President of the United States without the ability to hear each of the 3 candidates on the ballot in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. This is not the freedom of choice. These rules must be governed under the authority of the US Constitution.
