To request the same sentence for Rep Trey Radel as the harshest given to any black man anywhere in the US for the same offense of possession of cocaine. Rep Radel has a far higher standard of care to the people of Florida and the US as he is one of the people who runs this country. He has gotten off with a slap on the wrist, if even that.
He voted to drug test those on government assistance, to shut down the government, to not give financial aid to Sandy victims.
This man runs the country while on drugs, as far as we know. How can the government treat this lightly while destroying the lives of black men for far lesser offenses?
It is up to we, the people, to demand action on this. Clearly, nobody else with the capacity to do so, will do anything
