Give retail laborers the right to refuse to work on national holidays without fear of termination.

Created by C.P. on November 27, 2014

There has always been an established custom of families gathering together for celebrations that have a cultural impact. The United States Government acknowledges these as national holidays, but nothing is done to protect the workers right to celebrate these traditions.

With business often having more direct control over an individual's rights than the government, it is about time for our national government to protect workers rights to celebrate these time honored traditions.
