give the rights of seccesion to the states, allowing them to hold a voting apperance to determine seccession or not.

The country has consistantly and abruptly ruined this country, with unfair taxes, and no consideration to the average working man, we must need change, change is what President Obama wants, in my opinion, this is what change needs to be.
