give scaled value to individual vote, based on percentage of income, taxed by feds.

Created by L.P. on June 25, 2013

If YOU as a taxpayer, are paying 24% of your income to FEDERAL government, than your vote should carry equal weight, proportionately.

If wealthy people want to STRONGLY influence government policy, while paying proportionately less to government, it not only strengthens the assurances of the rich but also minimizes the potentials for the impoverished. If your paying high taxes (in proportion to the wealthy) and making poverty wages, than your vote should have more weight.

This proposal also helps to keep race out of the equation, as its attack is on blocking pathways to opportunity.
