Give scholarships to international students who wants to study in USA.

Different schools in USA was known to be advance in facilities and equipment used for everyday studies and researches.
I created this petition to help other international students like me get scholarships to study in USA until they have completed their college degree.
Having scholarship like this shouldn't be basing on high grades but passing grades. Selection of students who will be given this scholarships may be through essay writings and because of the students'(or its family's) financial disability to support the students' education.
