Give a second chance to non-violent felons, give civil rights back after ten years of no new felonys.

This is vary important because some of us (the people) have made non-violent misteaks that was classified as felonys as young adults and teenagers. We have to carry this misteak for life, we can't be recognized as tax paying citizens of the United States.But we can vote people in office and can't live the American Dream. We've had families and want to protect them from burglary,rape,violence in our community; teach sons to hunt celebrate 4th July can't because of our constitutional rights have been infindged. Jefferson and Washington wrote all men have the right to bear arms & when a man is released from prison to receive a horse,2dallors,& a rifle that's a felons right to bear arms.Missouri constitutional right states unalienable right to bear arms. Let us regain constitutional rights
