Senior citizens over 65 have not only contributed to their own childrens' educations, but also have been paying property taxes for many years preceeding their childrens' educations, creating stressful situations such as having to leave their homes due to the property tax increases that have occurred during those years. We need to create a stimulus for senior citizens who are in desperate need of cutting expenses to pay for everyday living. If some can afford to continue paying fheir school property taxes, then they are the lucky ones, but for most of the over 65 group the high cost of living and the depletion of resources they had, have, through no fault of their own, created a new category of the "poor". If this "stimulus" occurs for senior citizens, they could then afford normalcy.
