This Petition is too give all shelter animals a better chance at getting adopted. Right now in most states Shelter animals are only given a certain period of time to be adopted and then they are euthinized. By signing this petition it shows the president that we care about our animals and he will make a law that will stop this. Also animal abuse is on the rise and there needs to be stricter enforcement of the animal abuse laws but also there needs to be increased penalties. So i ask you if you truley care about your pets please sign this.
