give single tax payers with no dependants some tax credits. We pay out more taxes then "families" and very little back.

Created by M.S. on January 18, 2013

There are many hard working single people in America with no chilren, And we enjoy being single with no dependents. But why do we get next to nothing back on our Income Tax. Our taxes pay to help everyone that received WIC, section 8 housing, food stamps all types of government "assistance" and those tax credits for every child you have. We do not get to collect thousands of dollars for each kid we DON'T have. We do not qualify for many tax write-offs. There should be new tax laws enacted for those of us that are single and make $60K/year or less. We should be able to look forward to Tax Season and getting a lot of OUR hard-earned money back just like Married couples and families get to.
