Everybody needs a way to get around to their jobs, but not everybody can afford a way of transportation. So i think that if someone puts in the effort, is drug free, and has a license, should get a very environmentally safe cars at the age of 21 or over instead of trying to afford a car when the ones that are affordable are most of the time old, gas guzzlers.
