I cannot believe that my government would or could have a fair and open trial of E. Snowden. Too much would have to be made open and public. He would also be allowed a jury of peers. For those of us who remember the past, it was common knowledge that the NSA had the ability to listen in on phone call sent over microwave towers to scan for drug related terme back in the 70's. This is no different except the few allies who have left in the world now hate, or at least no longer trust us. Declare Snowden a misguided but legal leaker protected by the Constitution of the United States. There is no higher authority on earth than the Constitution, and for you to declare so would restore my faith in the Executive, the party and government in general.
