Give social security credit to long term unemployed during proven recession .Most unemployed persons have lost more than half of their social security that they have worked all their lives for. This petition will help seniors and unemployed to preserve their rights to receive their social security in full. Recession is not employee’s fault, so they should not be punished for something that they had nothing to do with it.
