Give the State Labor and Industry & Worker Compensation Courts more authority to enforce and penalize third party admin

Created by J.J. on February 11, 2013

Third party administrators/Self-Insured has made a habitual pattern in denying the claims, and not paying benefits under several different insurance related policies. They hire doctors and claim adjustor to protect their financial interest by submitting false and fabricated evidence. The BP oil spill and State Workers Compensations in California, Washington State, and Texas lawsuits are examples of their business practices. The cycle of their fraud includes denial of claims, fines are imposed by State Compensation courts, ACE/ESIS refusal to pay and follow court order, civil actions filed in State and Federal courts, ESIS/ACE work to get case dismissed based on State and Federal courts do not have jurisdiction. ESIS/ACE gain financially while government programs such as Medicaid pay.
