give Statehood to American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

We the people, under Article IV section III of the U.S. Constitution, request Congress admit each of the following territories into statehood:

51st State: American Samoa
52nd State: Guam
53rd State: Northern Mariana Islands
54th State: U.S. Virgin Islands
55th State: Puerto Rico

Allowing each of them full representation in the U.S. House and Senate and all other rights associated with Statehood.
