The states should have the option; if agreed to by either popular vote in-state, or by in-state representation; to control in-state activities of all agencies or laws both considered "Federal" and "State-run". The Current administration should allow each state the option to vote to both request control of federal agencies and the right to repeal and not follow federal laws that do not pertain to protecting inalienable rights, the maritime borders and interstate trade. If a state feels the federal government does a better job managing a law or agency then they would have the option to maintain the current system, however if they do not feel this way then tax dollars going to these agencies should be directed to the state government to maintain them and regulate them in state.
