States should be allowed to peacefully leave the Union, with proof they can be self-supportive. Any state that has a vast majority(60%+) of citizens with a desire to leave the union and be self supportive should be granted the option to do so. No state shall be forced to be a part of a union they feel are violating their constitutional rights.
