States that were once Mexico's territory that wish to secede and is GRANTED THE RIGHT TO DO SO BY OBAMA'S ADMN, will go back to being Mexican territory with the terms:
Any oil, naturally found substance that is in the agreement from the United States of America white house, will be property of the United States of America.
Any single individual, family, pet-like animal: dog, horse, sugar glider and/or groups of people who wish to stay in the United States of America, will be given the choice to move into a state which will remain in the U.S.A, at little to no cost if possible, if the group, family, indiv. and/or pet cannot do so on their own.
The new Mexican territory will work together with the country to reform government, with little to no support from the only, U.S.A
