Give students who are 16 the right to choose to go into the work force or continue the college.

Kids who are in high school may not want to go to college. If we give them the right to already try for a job they may get any job faster. They may obtain more on the job training with younger age. Also it may help struggling families. Not that they don't have the option to go to college,but to give them the ability to get into the workforce earlier
