Give subsidies to school districts for hiring new teachers

Thousands of young teachers have lost their jobs due to the current state of the economy. In addition, thousands more young, motivated teacher candidates are waiting for jobs to open up. Our human capital is our most important resource. We need to ensure that our youth are receiving the best education possible by enfusing new blood into the education system. Encouraging the hiring of new teachers will also help our current economic crisis. Many young well trained teachers are suffering without work. An infusion of funding into school districts would stimulate the education system as well as the economy.
