What happened in Boston was horrible, but to not give an American citizen his rights is unconstitutional. The fifth amendment was written to protect all of us in times like these. It is a slippery slope to begin denying people rights and freedoms for vicious acts. Murderers, rapists, burglars, anyone could be denied his rights based on a loose interpretation of the "Public Danger" clause. He should be given a fair trial and found guilty with rights any of us would have. God Bless America, Do the right thing and Don't think with emotions on an issue like this.
