Give Syria an out. Dispose of the Chemical Weapons.

We should say that because of the Syrian Government's use of Chemical Weapons against civilians they have lost the right to possess such weapons. This should be put to a vote in the UN. Tto avoid an attack from the United States the Syrian Government must agree to remove all chemical weapons from their country under UN supervision. They must also pledge not to make or acquire any Chemical Weapons in the future.
