Give tax benefits to individuals who invest capital into noteworthy start-up seed companies as Venture Capitalists.

The American people should turn their investment portfolios towards the small, up-start businesses in their seed development phase.
In April of 2012, the British Parliament OK'd a similar program that in effect would "kick start" their economy.
While our current economy is seemingly vibrant, I believe a plethora of new businesses dedicated to the public as a whole entity could drastically improve it.
And to encourage this, the Obama Administration should introduce legislation to give real Americans the unique opportunity to not only invest in their own future, but the future of a stable and ever-increasing economy.
America's base should be offered tax breaks and reductions to fund new and innovative businesses. It will revolutionize industry in our nation and benefit the people directly.
