Give tax breaks and better incentives to entice companies to keep manufacturing in the United States instead of overseas

We the People ask our government to give better tax breaks and incentives to companies that keep production of their merchandise in the United States and give those jobs to American citizens as a way to encourage growth in our country vs outsourcing production overseas.
