Give tax credits to any company that promotes and can prove that it encourages workers to telecommute whenever possible.

Promoting telecommuting for the vast percentage of the workforce that has the ability to do so will have the following benefits:

- Reduce strain on Infrastructure by easing traffic.
- Take millions of cars off the road, which in turn will reduce dependency on foreign oil, and drastically reduce pollution.
